work-life balance
Balancing work and life is a constant struggle. I often find it difficult to choose between my career and personal life, as both are incredibly important to me. I’m working to manage this carefully and consider all my options. While some days may seem smooth, this isn’t always the case. Something often feels amiss, leaving me feeling unsafe in such situations. Although I try to tell myself I can handle any situation, facing unpleasant events still leaves me feeling upset and uneasy. The enhancement of my endurance is a primary objective. This is achieved through a holistic approach encompassing sufficient rest, positive emotional engagement (such as laughter), regular physical activity, and the consumption of a nutritious diet.My work involves managing an terminal. I ensure thorough understanding of each task by conducting in-depth studies. I meticulously plan my work two weeks in advance, adhering to company policy, and provide updates every three days. I strive for timely completion of all objectives. Any shortcomings are addressed through self-reflection and discussions with my supervisor. I sometimes gauge my resilience by measuring my stress response to negative situations. I immediately check my heart rate on my watch; if it doesn’t exceed 130 beats per minute, I consider it normal. I take care of myself by engaging in slow, self-directed activities. I avoid dwelling on negative thoughts and unpleasant memories, freeing myself from worry. I find comfort in listening to calming music and watching uplifting shows on TV. I spent the day confronting unpleasant memories I need to let go of. The desire to be stronger is fundamental to a better life. Increased strength would empower me to achieve more, including becoming more intelligent and resourceful.I take a bath after exercising; it’s airy and comfortable. I find this incredibly relaxing and perfect for the weekend. Afterward, I sleep for an hour. It’s very beneficial for my well-being. This routine helps me build strength. Alternatively, I can calm down, focus on my work, and enjoy my free time. All of this contributes to a fulfilling weekend.

unsafe
I always feel unsafe!

When I’m on the road, I always feel unsafe. There are traffic jams and unsafe conditions, and drivers seem less considerate than they were last year. The problem is the same for both motorcycles and cars. I try to drive slowly in the middle of the lane. When changing lanes, use car’s signal and maintain awareness. Try to stay calm and patient while driving. In my opinion, traffic jams are primarily caused by poor driver behavior. I believe that 80% of traffic congestion is attributable to inadequate driver actions. For example, motorcycles often weave through lane, using all available lanes and sometimes falling to use their brakes, leading me to believe some may not even have functioning brakes. Car drivers often lack consideration for other drivers ,they frequently disregard the courtesy to plan their lane changes before turning left or right, especially when parking if these issues were addressed through stricter enforcement of traffic laws and driver education programs traffics congestion could be reduced by approximately 80%.However,traffic control is important because they manage the flow of traffic and lane usage. Traffic leaving the the village is controlled by guards and proceeds to streets and branches, eventually reaching expressways. If the flow of traffic is smooth, then traffic jams would be less frequent. Based on my observations, traffic flow management by officers is sometimes flawed, leading to traffic jams due to management errors, such as lane modifications, which disrupt traffic flow. If officers are properly directed, it can improve the traffic system.

Imagination

Myself is not a good golfer who practices often, but golf is a charming sport that makes playing with friends who know my heart fun. If you have to hit the ball next to the water, you have to imagine that you are hitting the ball in the grass, which is an important imagination.

Before New Year

The Year of the Rabbit is about to pass and continue welcoming the Year of the Dragon. The year that working class people like us had to fight, struggle, hand in hand, with the life style given to us by the people who serve the country, no matter what. Let’s think about taking care of ourselves and our families so that we can continue to survive. What can we do to keep ourselves healthy and out of debt? The children have a smooth life. That would be enough. The country has changed a lot. We have to take care of ourselves and our organs as best we can. We will move forward.
